1. Premises Ownership or Rental Papers

You’ll need either an ownership certificate or a lease agreement to prove legal possession of your facility.

3. GMP Compliance Certificate

Demonstrate your plant and products follow Good Manufacturing Practices under Cosmetics Rules, 2020.

4. Application Fee Receipt

Submit proof of payment for your COS-8 license application

A detailed layout of the manufacturing unit, showing all production and storage areas.

6. Equipment & Machinery Details

A complete list of machinery installed in your manufacturing unit.

7. List of Perfumes to Be Manufactured

Include product names, categories, and intended formulations.

Familiarize yourself with Cosmetic Rules, 2020, and labeling requirements.
