Participate in eligible government tenders without depositing EMD, which frees up working capital for your business.
Get registered under the National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS) and access exclusive benefits in government procurement, from free tender sets and EMD exemption to purchase preference for your MSME.
The National Small Industries Corporation (NSIC) is a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Through its Single Point Registration Scheme (SPRS), NSIC registers MSMEs in the Micro and Small categories so that they can take part in government purchases on equal terms with larger suppliers.
NSIC registration works under the Public Procurement Policy for Micro and Small Enterprises Order, 2012. Under this policy, every Central Ministry, Department and Public Sector Undertaking must set an annual goal of buying at least 25% of its total annual purchases from Micro and Small MSMEs. Within this, 4% is earmarked for MSMEs owned by Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe entrepreneurs and 3% for MSMEs owned by women.
A valid SPRS certificate lets your MSME receive tender sets free of cost, skip the Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) and claim purchase preference in eligible tenders. ELT Corporate helps manufacturers and service providers prepare, file and maintain their NSIC registration so they can bid for government business with confidence.

Gain a competitive edge in government procurement and grow your business with the benefits NSIC extends to MSMEs holding a valid SPRS registration.

Registered MSMEs receive tender documents free of cost, cutting the expense of bidding for multiple tenders.
Micro and Small MSMEs quoting within the L1+15% price band can supply up to 25% of the requirement by matching the L1 price, where L1 is not a Micro or Small enterprise.
Central Ministries, Departments and PSUs aim to buy at least 25% of their annual purchases from Micro and Small MSMEs, and 358 items are reserved for purchase from them.
NSIC offers a consortia facility for tender marketing, helping small MSMEs bid together for larger tenders.
NSIC registration under SPRS is open to Micro and Small MSMEs with a valid Udyam Registration that are engaged in manufacturing or service activities.
Manufacturers of medicines and drugs are not eligible, except units manufacturing and supplying Ayurvedic, Unani, Siddha and Homeopathic medicines. Enterprises whose proprietor, partner, director or Karta has been convicted of a criminal offence are also not eligible.
